While coronavirus infections reach frightening proportions in the U.S., the Trump administration has developed a plan to eradicate the virus once and for all — at a price that will be too high to pay for many Americans, and he’s counting on his supporters to help make it a reality.
After more than 9 million infections and nearly a quarter-million deaths, the Trump administration has given up on trying to control the spread of the novel coronavirus.
Even while touting continuous lies about COVID-19, the Trump administration has embarked on the insane strategy of spreading the virus, unchecked through communities, with the help of supporters who are willingly attending potential super-spreader rallies, while purposely ignoring all guidelines set by medical authorities.
Since his own positive coronavirus diagnosis, Trump has conducted several rallies. Although ostensibly recommending following proper social distancing and masking, none are actively enforced. The lack of social distancing and his followers mostly unwillingness to mask at these rallies have become a perfect breeding ground for more infections.
